A selection of natural photographs can be taken during the funeral alongside the filming.
Video coverage always takes priority. Photographs are taken discreetly between filming important moments, such as during arrivals, outside the venue, after the service and at the graveside where possible.
Because one person is covering both filming and photography, this is not the same as booking a dedicated funeral photographer. We cannot guarantee photographs of every moment, but we will capture a respectful selection whenever the filming schedule allows.
This option is suitable for families who would like a small collection of photographs in addition to their funeral film or live stream.
Dedicated Funeral Photography – From £395
For families who would like photography without filming or live streaming, we offer a complete funeral photography service.
Photography is the main priority throughout the day, allowing us to concentrate fully on capturing the important details, people and moments of the funeral.
Coverage can include:
- Family and guests arriving
- The hearse and funeral cortege
- Floral tributes and orders of service
- The church, chapel or crematorium
- Selected moments during the service, where permitted
- The coffin entering and leaving the venue

Photography During the Funeral Service
Where permitted, selected photographs can be taken discreetly during the service.
We always respect the wishes of the family, minister, celebrant, funeral director and venue. Some churches, chapels and crematoria may restrict photography during particular parts of the service.
We will discuss any restrictions beforehand wherever possible.
A Respectful and Unobtrusive Approach
Our aim is to create a meaningful record of the funeral without becoming part of it.
We avoid flash photography during the service unless it has been specifically approved. We also keep movement to a minimum and choose positions that do not distract the congregation.
Families can let us know in advance if there are moments or individuals they particularly want photographed, or anything they would prefer us not to capture.

The strongest photographs are carefully selected and professionally edited.
