Partners & Trusted Suppliers
A funeral involves a lot of moving parts — and when family and friends can’t attend in person, live streaming adds one more important layer to coordinate.
We work respectfully alongside funeral directors and trusted suppliers (bagpipers, horse-drawn hearse providers and more) to help the day run smoothly. Our role is simple: a private livestream and a recording afterwards, without disruption.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you capture a bagpiper clearly on the livestream?
Yes. Audio is a priority for us. We plan for clear sound so remote viewers can hear readings, tributes and music (including bagpipes) as well as possible.
Can you film the cortege or horse-drawn hearse arrival?
Often, yes — depending on venue guidance, timings, and what’s appropriate on the day. Tell us what you’d like and we’ll advise.
Is the livestream public?
No. The livestream is private and shared only with the people you choose. Password protection can be added if required.
Can family watch from overseas?
Yes. Viewers can join from anywhere with an internet connection.
Can we keep a copy of the funeral live stream?
Yes. After the funeral, we provide a download link so you can keep the video permanently. The original viewing link usually stays live for around a year, so anyone who couldn’t watch live can still view it later.
What about microphones and sound?
We provide all the audio equipment needed – typically lapel microphones for the celebrant or minister, and additional mics for readers, prayers and music. In some London churches and crematoria we can also connect directly to the venue sound system for the clearest possible audio.
When do you arrive on the day?
We aim to arrive around two hours before the first part of the day. This gives us time to allow for London traffic, unload, park, speak with the funeral director and officiant, and complete all technical checks before going live.
Will the cameras be intrusive?
No. We work from fixed positions, often at the back or side of the venue, and we avoid close-ups of mourners unless specifically requested. Our goal is to be as unobtrusive as possible while still capturing the service clearly.
If you’re arranging a funeral, memorial or celebration of life in London and would like to include family and friends who can’t attend in person, we’re here to help.
