1. Gather the service details
Send the service date, start time, venue name and address when you enquire. Include your funeral director’s contact details and tell us whether coverage is needed at a church, crematorium, cemetery or another location.

2. Confirm permission and access with the venue

4. Discuss internet access and additional locations

5. Share the viewing link carefully
We provide a private viewing link for you to share with the people you choose. A shareable link can be forwarded, so it does not by itself guarantee that only invited people can watch. Discuss any additional access restrictions with us before booking.
Send viewers the link, the date and the UK start time in advance. Relatives overseas should check their local time. Encourage viewers to open the link on their chosen device before the service and keep the joining instructions handy.
6. Confirm the recording arrangements
A recording lets relatives watch afterwards and gives you a copy to keep. Confirm how the download will be supplied, when it will be available and how long the online viewing link will remain accessible. Save your downloaded copy somewhere you can find it later.
The live-stream recording and a professionally edited funeral film are different options. If you want editing, titles or other additions, agree the scope and price before booking.
7. Check the quote and package
